You are assigned a RTMP, which will look like the one below

you need to download and install an encoder on your computer, is it windows?
then use this link to download:
http://hosting-marketers.com/flashmedialiveencoder_3.2_wwe_signed.msi
check how it works with the RTMP. you can use the stream name: live
now you need a player to use on your web site, go to:
http://www.jwplayer.com/wizard/
on video source enter the rtmp plus the stream name:
rtmp://169.161.42.114/oflademo31123/live
click preview and then if you broadcasting with the encoder and you already clicked Start;
on the generated player click play. you should see what you broadcasting.
copy the code and paste it on your site. you can adjust the player size and even change the image on the player.
